Jobgether is seeking a Risk Portfolio Manager to oversee credit portfolio performance and strengthen risk management for a fast-growing fintech environment. You will monitor portfolio health, underwrite high-value facilities, and analyze profitability using data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, translate complex data into actionable recommendations, and automate portfolio monitoring in a remote, Europe‑focused setup.

Qualifications

• Approximately seven years of experience in credit risk, lending, portfolio management, business analytics, or a lending institution.
• Financial services background in fintech, bank, payment processor, or related organization.
• Credit underwriting expertise with high‑value facilities and portfolio‑level evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio vintages, losses, originations, NPLs by cohort, and profitability to assess risk and health.
• Evaluate and underwrite high-value credit facilities starting at USD 100,000
• Define and track risk metrics related to losses, yield, profitability and quality.
• Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL and Python to uncover trends.
• Automate monitoring and reporting of portfolio indicators for scale.
