Job summary

Darwin Professional Staffing is partnering with a fast-growing defence technology company in Amsterdam to hire a Senior Signal Processing Engineer / Procestechnoloog. The job location is a fixed site in Amsterdam (postcode 1043EJ).

You will own the RF sensing chain from antenna to emitter geolocation, combining SDR, signal processing, and advanced beamforming. Candidates should have 5+ years in SIGINT/SDR/RF sensing and strong Python/C++ and DSP skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SIGINT, SDR, RF sensing, electronic warfare, defence or aerospace.
• Strong Python/C++ and DSP experience.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment, IQ data processing and signal classification.
• Knowledge of beamforming, emitter geolocation or spectrum sensing.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete RF sensing chain, from antenna and raw IQ data through to emitter detection, classification and geolocation.
• Provide hands‑on development and testing across SDRs, signal processing and RF sensing systems.
