Job summary

Northwave invites experienced cybersecurity professionals to join our team at our Utrecht HQ. You will design and execute realistic attack scenarios, spanning recon to objectives, across multi-week engagements for diverse clients.

You will work with a team of ethical hackers, threat intelligence, and CERT experts, translating technical activity into actionable lessons for defenders and executives. Hybrid work and global collaboration across Europe are offered.

Qualifications

• Hands-on penetration testing experience.
• Ability to design and run red team operations.
• Strong understanding of Windows/AD environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic attack scenarios against critical processes and systems.
• Operate across the full attack chain: recon, initial access, C2, privilege escalation, lateral movement, objectives.
• Deliver intelligence-led exercises and engage in purple/blue/red team engagements.
