LONGCHAMP NEDERLAND B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Ready-to-Wear Ambassador for our PC Hooftstraat boutique. This role focuses on Ready-to-Wear expertise and delivering an exceptional client experience, alongside our sales team for cross-category collaboration.

You will guide clients in creating complete looks, ensure top-quality presentation, and share product knowledge to inspire confidence and repeat visits. This is a fixed-term contract in a vibrant Parisian-inspired environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth knowledge of Longchamp Ready-to-Wear collections, including fabrics, cuts, sizing, fit and seasonal collections.
• Deliver expert, personalised advice to our local and international clientele.
• Guide clients in creating complete silhouettes and looks that reflect their individual style and expectations.
• Bring an expert eye to garment fit and presentation.
• Accurately prepare any alteration requirements before handover to the tailor.
• Act as the boutique’s Ready-to-Wear reference for the entire sales team.
• Share your product knowledge and expertise across the team.
• Coach and support colleagues on the sales floor to build their confidence and expertise in selling Ready-to-Wear.
• Help maintain a high level of product knowledge and storytelling throughout the boutique.
• Ensure an impeccable presentation of the Ready-to-Wear area.
