Job summary

Elekta AB is seeking a Senior Project Manager R&D for Brachytherapy to lead complex product-development and lifecycle projects. You will bring structure and pace, coordinating hardware, software, systems engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Supply Chain within a regulated environment.

You’ll establish credible plans, address risks early and drive teams to deliver on commitments while maintaining quality and compliance. English proficiency is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex product-development or program-management efforts.
• Experience coordinating hardware, software, systems, operations and regulatory stakeholders.
• Familiar with SAFe/Agile, hybrid and traditional delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex product-development projects within Elekta's Brachytherapy organization.
• Establish integrated project plans, milestones and baselines.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and ensure adherence to plans.
• Lead reviews, planning sessions and governance forums.
• Provide accurate forecasts and reporting to management.
