Job summary

WEBB Traders is seeking a Senior Quantitative Trader to join its growth-focused team. You will create and monitor systematic data-driven strategies across financial markets, working tightly with Trading, IT, and Risk teams to optimize performance.

Ideal candidates have a strong mathematical background and at least five years in quantitative trading, with Python and/or C++ programming skills, and English fluency for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute systematic data-driven strategies in financial markets.
• Work closely with Trading Teams, IT Development and Risk.
• Continue building toward automated and data-driven trading environment.
• Contribute to all trading desk activities including reconciliation, risk tasks and post-trade analysis.
• Report key results to the management board.
• Challenge others when necessary.
