McDermott International in The Netherlands seeks a Principal Quality Operations Specialist with deep EPC quality operations expertise. You will lead project quality planning, supervise the Project Management Team, and ensure robust QA/QC practices across projects from execution through close-out.

The role emphasizes readiness, root cause analysis, and systematic improvements to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes for complex energy projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 10+ years in a field related to EPC.
• Lead auditor certification and experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Review contract scope of work and project plans to identify special requirements.
• Direct and supervise Project Management Team to ensure product quality.
• Initiate Quality Planning and evaluate Project Quality Plans for effectiveness.
• Coordinate with quality team to ensure adequate resources for daily activities.
• Oversee As-Built Project Certification and monitor mechanical completion.
• Prepare lessons-learned and conduct readiness reviews with QA/QC disciplines.
• Participate in RCA of Project Quality data and produce weekly/monthly reports.
