Job summary

CRAVEA in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to strengthen quality across an SAP change chain. This is not a traditional test role; it is a senior, strategic position to embed quality from requirements through release.

You will establish a risk-based testing strategy, drive example mapping with stakeholders, and work with the Test Automation Engineer to link automation to testable requirements. Strengthening the GAT will reduce FAT reliance and improve overall product quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar QA engineering role with SAP experience.
• Proven ability to design risk-based testing strategies and QA processes.
• Experience with BDD / Specification by Example and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement risk-based testing strategy across requirements, development and release.
• Improve requirements quality and introduce BDD sessions with stakeholders.
• Facilitate 3 Amigos sessions with Business Consultants, Functionals, and ABAP Developers.
• Align test automation with the quality approach and embed it into daily practice.
• Strengthen GAT and reduce reliance on FAT; monitor traceability of objectives to tests.
