You will own testing activities from test case creation to defect management and validation, including automation opportunities. The role spans functional, integration, and regression testing with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across the full software testing lifecycle.
• Experience with functional, integration and regression testing.
• Ability to translate requirements into testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Experience with automated change management and change-control processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Scrum teams.
• Comfort with independent work and handling multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Create, review, maintain, and execute test cases for new/modified systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into testing scenarios and quality criteria.
• Identify, document, and manage defects through resolution with validation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and Scrum teams.
• Support multiple teams while maintaining quality and standards.
• Apply testing procedures and change-control standards throughout development.
• Participate in peer code reviews and uphold quality standards.
• Provide insights to improve testing processes, coverage, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and TD development support.
• Work independently while adapting to evolving technologies and methods.
• Investigate issues, reconcile results, and identify root causes.
