Job summary

Getinge is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer in the Netherlands to safeguard product quality and ensure compliance with standards. You will own RCA, drive CAPA, and coordinate audits across internal, customer, and supplier interfaces, while guiding QA improvements across the organization.

The role requires about 5+ years in QA/Quality Engineering, strong communication, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering.
• Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis and CAPA management.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
• Facilitate and lead high-quality root cause investigations.
• Define and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure effectiveness of CAPA processes.
• Deliver clear, consistent, and customer-focused quality reports.
• Align communication with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accuracy.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001).
• Lead and coordinate internal, customer, and supplier audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and process improvements; train and coach colleagues on quality tools.
