Job summary

Panda International in the Netherlands is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to drive quality across Design & Development and Change Control. You will partner with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Supply Chain to embed quality in processes and support product development.

The role emphasizes hands-on quality leadership, independent collaboration, and effective communication of the rationale behind quality decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior QA role.
• Experience supporting Design & Development or New Product Development.
• Experience with Change Control and quality processes.
• Strong independent working style and stakeholder influence.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or FDA QSR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be Quality partner for Design & Development and Change Control.
• Work with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Structure quality processes and support business growth.
• Drive continuous improvement across quality processes.
• Advise and support stakeholders on quality best practices.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
