Though our current stack uses Python, we welcome experienced engineers from other languages who are eager to learn Python. The role offers hybrid work and a development budget for growth.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience building production-grade applications.
• Experience with Python or other modern languages and willingness to learn Python.
• Solid grounding in design patterns, architecture and engineering best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and artifact management.
• Knowledge of data modelling and distributed processing.

Responsibilities

• Build reusable, scalable Python packages and services for data ingestion, transformation, and product development.
• Ensure high engineering standards through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, governance, and quality improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and platform teams to modernise data capabilities and developer experience.
