Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking a software engineer to join the Lithography project, focusing on Linux infrastructure tooling for the application software. You will work with a multi-discipline team of 30+ engineers in a high-tech IC lithography environment, implementing Python tooling, C/C++ modules, and automated tests.

The role involves defining software requirements with electrical and systems engineers, designing with UML, and delivering code through testing and release.

Qualifications

• Linux C/C++ applications programming experience.
• Python.
• experience with formal software quality through code review, static code analysis, unit testing, test automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Experience or proven ability in computational algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Define software requirements with engineers across disciplines and document it using UML.
• Create software design and implement it in C for existing modules and C++ for new modules.
• Develop and run auto and unit tests in Python; review results.
• Release software after successful testing; coordinate with lithography client teams.
