Job summary

ProPharma is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Consultant, Alliance Management, to coordinate LPPV networks and oversee PV governance for client programs. You will manage PSMF updates, draft SDEAs, and support audits while aligning with UK/EU PV regulations.

The role requires a life-sciences degree and 4+ years in PV, including at least 2 years in alliance management, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science or higher in a life-sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in Clinical or Post Marketing Pharmacovigilance.
• At least 2 years in alliance management.
• Strong understanding of PV/Regulatory landscape in UK/EU.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates LPPV networks and ensures regulatory and client compliance.
• Updates PSMFs and annexes to reflect current requirements.
• Maintains Alliance Management processes and identifies process improvements.
• Acts as LPPV per applicable role description.
• Drafts SDEAs, PVSAs and SoWs with clients and partners.
• Reviews Pharmacovigilance Management Plans where contracts exist.
• Supports client audits and inspections.
