Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Manager to lead the PV team supporting local and global PV services for clients such as the EU and UK QPPV roles. The role includes serving as SME for PV areas and managing QPPV/LPPV projects within budget and on time.

You will supervise and train PV staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain PV documentation while driving process improvements and collaboration across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in pharmacy or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical and/or post-marketing pharmacovigilance.
• Minimum 2 years’ QPPV office experience.
• Experience leading and developing a project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PV consultants and PV coordinators to support PV services.
• Act as QPPV/LPPV for clients and SME for PV areas.
• Oversee budget, timelines, and quality of PV projects.
• Provide PV training and support client audits/inspections.
• Stay up-to-date on global PV regulations and guidance.
