Responsibilities

• Act as sparring partner for the involved business managers.
• Guide group sessions with the MT OVG.
• Provide sparring for leads and support further development of the leads’ role.
• Advise on concrete products, including drafting the assignment for target-team groups for the next phase (prioritization) and the method for prioritization at a tactical level.
• Ensure alignment with executive-level target teams and with Signal management.
