Turner & Townsend are seeking an experienced Project Schedule Lead to join our Real Estate team in the Netherlands. You will provide strategic planning and scheduling leadership across the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation through handover.

You will develop, manage and optimise project programmes that support successful delivery in collaboration with clients, consultants and project teams. Key responsibilities include maintaining programme control, implementing scheduling strategies,

Formación

• 7+ years of planning and scheduling experience in building/construction or real estate developments.
• Experience coordinating across multi-stakeholder environments to ensure project success.
• Experience implementing scheduling processes across a client’s portfolio.
• Strong time management, quick thinking and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Support Major Programme Lead/Programme Director in maintaining programme control over time, cost and delivery.
• Implement scheduling strategies, processes, and procedures reflecting client and contractor requirements.
• Develop and maintain WBS and CBS with project, cost and contractor teams.
• Maintain integrity of contractor schedules; review logic, sequencing, dependencies and resource loading.
• Perform critical path analysis and compare contractor schedules with baselines.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify trends and provide insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports and benchmarking data on project schedule and performance.
• Collaborate with scheduling and construction teams to ensure schedule integrity.
