Job summary

Konexion seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex Secure Modern Workplace transformation in Eindhoven. You will drive a strategic Digital Safety Programme to create a secure, automated, user-focused workplace across Windows, Linux, macOS and BYOD.

The role requires extensive experience in Modern Workplace projects, strong endpoint management skills, and fluency in English and Dutch. Start with a six-month engagement, onsite ~3 days/week.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing complex Modern Workplace transformations.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, BYOD and workplace security.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
• Understanding of Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Fluent English and Dutch language required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, pilot and rollout of the Secure Modern Workplace.
• Manage the roadmap, milestones, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate the implementation of Intune and related Microsoft technologies.
• Organise co-creation workshops with faculties, researchers and IT teams.
• Align endpoint management with security, identity and support processes.
• Develop workplace models, service building blocks and handover.
• Coordinate MDM migration, user adoption and exception handling.
• Coach an internal project manager and transfer knowledge.

• Lead the design, pilot and rollout of the Secure Modern Workplace;

Your Profile

• Extensive experience managing complex Modern Workplace transformations;
• Strong knowledge of endpoint management, MDM, BYOD and workplace security;
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Company Portal, Entra ID, Conditional Access and Defender for Endpoint;
• Understanding of Windows, Linux and macOS environments;
• Strong stakeholder-management and change-management skills;
• A pragmatic, structured and delivery-focused approach;
• Fluent English;
• Fluent spoken Dutch is mandatory.

Practical Information

• Start: 12 October 2026;
• Commitment: Approximately 32 hours per week;
• Duration: Initially six months, with extension options;
• Location: Eindhoven;
• On-site: At least three days per week;
• Conditions: Excellent.
