Das Buro in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced project manager (32-40 hours) to initiate, manage, and complete projects on time and within budget. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, report progress, and ensure client satisfaction while keeping the team motivated.

The role offers a hybrid work setup with a safe workspace in the heart of Rotterdam, a salary between €2,750 and €4,000 per month, a MacBook, travel options, remote work flexibility, growth opportunities, and engaging team trips.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of project management experience at an agency.
• Fluent in Dutch language.
• Energetic, optimistic, and open to others.
• Able to maintain an overview and adapt to changes.

Responsabilités

• Plan projects, manage deadlines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Prepare estimates and send invoices.
• Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams; internal and client meetings.
• Monitor and report project progress.
• Motivate creatives and foster cross-department collaboration.
