Job summary

CC7 Europe B.V. is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead all controls activities across the EPC lifecycle. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting, with international travel to project sites as required.

You will drive governance, risk management, andChange management, collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for major projects in Africa and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of EPC project experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Chemical, Tank Terminal, Marine Terminal, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
• Minimum 5 years as Project Controls Manager on major EPC projects.
• Proven experience on projects exceeding EUR 100 million.
• Fluent in English with strong writing and reporting skills.
• EU/NL work eligibility desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and change management.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules using Primavera P6 and multiple levels of detail.
• Establish project cost control systems, cost coding structures, and forecasting methodologies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project performance reports and dashboards.
• Apply Earned Value Management principles where applicable.
• Coordinate interfaces across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and commercial teams.
