Job summary

Eli Lilly Nederland B.V. in Katwijk is seeking an Advisor – Project Controls for Global Facilities Delivery to lead and deliver large capital programs. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure cost, schedule and quality objectives, while applying Lilly finance policies across projects.

This role requires extensive project controls experience on industrial/manufacturing projects, plus willingness to travel in Europe for long‑term assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and project management experience.
• Minimum 10+ years in project controls on major industrial or manufacturing projects.
• Willingness to travel within Europe for long‑term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project controls on capital programs of at least $500M.
• Establish cost, schedule and resource baselines; monitor costs and cashflows.
• Ensure compliance with Lilly finance policies and change/risk management.
• Train and lead project control teams to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with Lilly and external contractors to meet project milestones.
