Qualifications

• Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and drive decisions to completion.
• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, billing or a regulated commercial environment.

• Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.
• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Identify, communicate and escalate cross-functional risks before they affect delivery or launch.
• Create and maintain core planning documents, including PRDs, rollback plans, launch communications, risk logs and analytics.
• Lead stakeholder communications, updates, field-team enablement, support training, marketing coordination and materials.
• Report progress, risks, dependencies and blockers to initiative sponsors and the Strategic Initiatives Lead.

The role

We seek an experienced Senior Program Manager join the Strategic Initiatives team. In this role, you will be collaborating with various departments including, product, engineering, legal andfinance, leading technical product programs for the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own initiatives end-to-end, including scope, sequencing, dependency tracking and decision unblocking.

• Partner with product, engineering, legal, finance/SOX, sales, marketing and operations to deliver strategic initiatives.

• Experience working in cloud infrastructure, billing or another regulated commercial environment.
