Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking an experienced (Senior) Program & Delivery Manager to provide overarching leadership for complex, multidisciplinary technology programs and engagements. You will orchestrate capabilities across service lines, lead executive governance and critical escalations, and ensure delivery and commercial performance.

You will grow the delivery practice, coach and mentor teams, shape opportunities, and contribute to proposals and statements of work.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in technology consulting or professional services.
• Proven track record leading complex technology programs with multiple workstreams.
• Strong commercial leadership and engagement financial management.
• Experience mentoring delivery managers and shaping practice development.

How will you create value?

As a (Senior) Program & Delivery Manager at Xebia, you provide overarching leadership for complex, multidisciplinary technology programs and engagements. You orchestrate capabilities across service lines, lead executive governance and critical escalations, and take responsibility for delivery and commercial performance. You help shape new opportunities and strengthen Xebia’s delivery practice through coaching and capability development.

What will you be doing?

Strategic program and delivery leadership

• Lead complex multi-project programs or large technology engagements, connecting business strategy to integrated roadmaps, delivery priorities and measurable outcomes.

• Orchestrate Xebia and client teams across technologies, locations and vendors, with clear accountability for delivery performance.

• Partner with executive sponsors to navigate strategic trade-offs; distinguish delivery accountability from benefits owned by the client.

  Executive governance and commercial leadership

• Design and oversee governance, assurance, risk management and decision-making for complex engagements.

• Lead critical escalations, delivery recovery and major changes in scope or operating model.

• Own assigned engagement revenue, forecasting, budgets, profitability and contractual governance; shape commercially sustainable delivery models with account leadership.
  

  Growth, people and practice leadership

• Build trusted executive relationships, shape opportunities and lead delivery aspects of proposals, RFPs, estimates and Statements of Work.

• Mentor project, program and delivery managers; provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and contribute to talent development.

• Lead practice-development initiatives, improve reusable methods and playbooks, and promote consistent delivery standards across Xebia.
  

What do you need to succeed?

• Typically 8-12+ years of relevant experience, including substantial technology consulting or professional services experience with external clients; this consulting background is required.

• A track record of leading complex technology programs or large delivery engagements with multiple stakeholders, workstreams and dependencies.

• Strong commercial leadership, including engagement financial performance, contractual risk and contributions to business development.

• Broad technology fluency across cloud, data, software engineering and emerging AI-enabled delivery models; ability to translate technical complexity into strategic decisions.

• Extensive experience tailoring Agile, traditional and hybrid methodologies; advanced certifications are advantageous, not mandatory.

• Demonstrated coaching, distributed-team leadership and contribution to consulting practice development.
