Job summary

Avantor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to optimize the Single Use and Systems Product Management organization remotely. The role focuses on leading the single-use portfolio for biopharma production, including strategy, pricing, lifecycle management, and top/bottom-line growth.

Travel up to 25% may be required as part of global responsibilities. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in product management, sales or marketing within life sciences, with preference for experience in single-use

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Up to 25% travel domestically and globally.
• 6+ years of product management, sales or marketing in life sciences.
• Experience with single-use technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the single-use portfolio for biopharma production applications.
• Develop portfolio strategy, pricing, lifecycle management and growth.
• Establish external partnerships for bag assemblies and single-use components.
• Own P&L for the single-use bag portfolio and drive revenue/gross margin targets.
• Provide market, competitor and capability data to guide pricing and priorities.
• Develop long-range product strategies and guide fiscal planning for future SU products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement go-to-market plans.
• Represent Avantor at conferences and tradeshows.
• Communicate product strategy and tactics to the market.
