Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking a Product Manager to join the ClickStack team and own major parts of the product end to end. This hands-on role involves working directly with customers, instrumenting the product, and shipping features that tie together ClickStack with ClickHouse Cloud and related integrations.

You'll drive onboarding, alerting, telemetry integrations, and end-to-end observability experiences, collaborating with engineers, designers, and AI-enabled workflows to deliver scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping observability SaaS products.
• Comfort deploying software and instrumenting apps.
• Ability to turn customer problems into product decisions.
• Experience with enterprise customers during migrations.

Responsibilities

• Own major observability product areas from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Lead onboarding, provisioning, alerting, and telemetry integrations.
• Work with customers to understand use cases and migration needs.
• Improve onboarding to migrate telemetry into ClickStack.
• Drive integrations across the observability ecosystem including OpenTelemetry.
• Set up environments, instrument apps, and use the product at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering and design, prototyping workflows when helpful.
• Create end-to-end observability experiences with engineers and AI agents.
• Coordinate across teams within ClickStack, ClickHouse Cloud, and others.
• Shape cohesive experiences across product boundaries and gather feedback.
