Job summary

Shypple in Rotterdam is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas, define strategy, roadmap and success metrics, and lead cross-functional teams to simplify logistics with AI.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years PM experience, proven track record delivering AI-powered features, strong customer discovery, and a Bachelor’s degree. Relocation to the Netherlands and EU work permit sponsorship available.

Qualifications

5+ years of Product Manager experience, with AI-powered features preferred.
Proven track record delivering outcomes (adoption, cost savings, revenue).
Hands-on fluency with AI models and tools; able to explain AI to non-technical audiences.
Strong customer discovery and data-driven workflow.
Bachelor’s degree or higher; fluent English.

Responsibilities

Set vision and roadmap based on customer research and market insight.
Collaborate with operations, sales, finance and customers to identify problems worth solving and frame them in data.
Own delivery from idea to daily use with accountability for plan, scope, quality and results.
Apply AI where appropriate and monitor AI outputs.
Shape product management standards and coach colleagues.

Your role

Our Product & Development team builds and evolves our platform, keeps it competitive and keeps improving how well it fits our focus customer segments. AI is a growing part of how we do that, in the product and in how we work.

set the vision and roadmap for your product areas, based on customer research and market insight;
work with operations, sales, finance and customers to find the problems worth solving, and frame them in data so that engineering and data teams can pick them up and measure success;
own delivery from idea to daily use: you are accountable for the plan, the scope, the quality and the result, not only the date;
apply AI where AI makes sense, set the quality bar for AI output and the systems to monitor it;
help shape how Shypple does product management: set standards, share what works and coach your colleagues;

Job requirements

You’ll bring

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including products taken into production and operated afterwards, ideally with AI-powered features. Fewer years but already working at senior level? We’d like to hear from you!;
A track record of owning outcomes, not just shipping features: you can show what your products delivered in adoption, cost savings or revenue;
Hands-on fluency with current AI models, agents and tools. You’ve built and tested a prototype yourself, and you can explain to a non-technical audience what AI does well, where it fails and what the risks are;
Strong customer discovery and problem framing, and a data-driven way of working;
The ability to persuade and align people without formal authority, from team to leadership level;
Logistics experience is a plus, not a must;
A Bachelor’s degree or higher, and fluent English.

Location

This is a hybrid role in Rotterdam, with teams in the office 2 to 3 days a week. We’re open to candidates who currently live in the EU and are willing to relocate to the Netherlands and be onsite 2 to 3 days a week. If you need a work permit to work in the Netherlands, we can sponsor it. If you’re moving to the Netherlands, we offer a relocation package.
