This role involves developing prototypes, setting quality standards, and collaborating within a diverse team. Candidates should have a background in product development, specifically in the meat sector, and a relevant degree. Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience as a product developer or process technologist, preferably in the meat sector.
• Knowledge of recipes, slicing, packaging or industrial processing.
• Ability to switch easily between departments and disciplines.
• Calm under pressure and able to maintain an overview in complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes, test in production, set quality standards and ensure assurance.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across the entire value chain.
• Translate recipes into manufacturing-ready processes.
