Job summary

GloPros is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape user engagement through user-centered design and data-driven insights. You will partner with product managers and engineers to simplify complex workflows and deliver elegant, usable experiences for technical users, enabling them to work more efficiently.

You will lead end-to-end design, translate research into actionable decisions, and grow a scalable design system to ensure consistency across a growing product portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a product designer or in a comparable role.
• Strong expertise in designing scalable, accessible interfaces and systems by default.
• Comfortable working in lean, agile, collaborative settings (startups, product teams, agencies, or studios).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and practical experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to produce focused, effective solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering designs informed by research and measurable outcomes.
• Commitment to mentoring, knowledge sharing, and fostering an inclusive design practice.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, external partners, and design peers to identify and prioritize high-impact user problems.
• Lead UX research initiatives (interviews, usability testing, and quantitative analysis) to uncover problems and validate solutions.
• Own the end-to-end design process—from discovery and ideation through detailed design and handoff, ensuring features are delivered with high quality and measurable impact.
• Translate research and analytics into actionable design decisions and prototypes that address real user needs.
• Work cross-functionally to design seamless workflows that account for complex edge cases and evolving product requirements.
• Maintain and grow a scalable design system and visual language to ensure consistency across products as the organization scales.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and human-centered design practices across the product team.
• Mentor and support other designers, contributing to a collaborative, inclusive design culture.
