Everience Benelux is seeking an experienced Product Designer or UX Designer to turn complex energy management concepts into simple, intuitive experiences. You will work across discovery, concept development, prototyping, validation and implementation.
You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and other Designers to shape product strategy, run customer interviews, usability tests and data-driven design decisions.
Everience is an international consulting group delivering AI-augmented digital services and placing people at the heart of the AI revolution.
With a presence in Europe, Africa, Asia and America, Everience offers its 4,000-strong workforce the most demanding and stimulating environment in which to transform and develop their skills, learning about new AI-based roles and building their future employability.
Through its Symbiotic Academy the group offers a unique hub for training, practical application and exchange where everyone can experiment, learn, and progress in the fields of artificial intelligence and data.
In accordance with its core purpose of orchestrating the symbiotic relationship between humans and AI in the workplace, Everience is making the augmented employee the driving force of a “symbiotic age”, where AI enhances talents and opens up new career opportunities.
The energy transition is changing how households consume, generate and manage energy. Electric vehicles, solar panels, home batteries and heat pumps are increasingly becoming part of one connected energy ecosystem.
Your role will be to turn this complexity into simple, intuitive customer experiences, while also helping shape the product and design strategy behind them.
You will work across the full design process, from discovery and research through to concept development, prototyping, validation and implementation.
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer, UX Designer or similar professional who can demonstrate both strategic and executional capability.
You are curious, independent and comfortable working on problems where the answer is not yet clear.
You don't need a perfectly defined brief before getting started. You investigate, connect people and information, structure complex problems and help determine what should be designed and why.
One day you might be deep in a complex user flow, the next conducting customer interviews, and the day after presenting a new product direction to senior stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who doesn't simply execute what has already been decided, but actively contributes to defining the right problem, shaping the strategy and delivering the solution.
All our positions are open to both women and men and are, of course, open to people with disabilities.
