Job summary

Remind is a brain health companion app live since February 2026. You will own the user experience end-to-end, from research and UX to visuals, for a live product with paying subscribers. The role focuses on clarity, warmth, and accessibility for an audience that skews older.

Based in the Netherlands, you’ll join the Amsterdam office two to three days per week, collaborate with the two founders, and shape the design system while experimenting with AI tools to move quickly from concept to code.

Qualifications

• Medior or senior product designer with shipped mobile app work.
• Strong visual design skills and a portfolio.
• Experience across research, UX, UI, prototyping, and handoff.
• Knowledge of design systems or experience building/maintaining one.
• Curious and hands-on with AI tooling and startup-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Own the user experience of the app (flows, screens, interactions).
• Conduct real user research and usability testing; translate learnings into design decisions.
• Back design choices with data and metrics.
• Raise our visual bar and maintain the design system.
• Prototype fast; leverage AI tools; collaborate with engineers.
• Design for an older audience with accessibility and legibility in mind.
