Job summary

Siemens Software in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Product Designer to lead UX design across the full product development cycle, from concept to visual and interaction design.

You will turn user insights into human-centered solutions, own designs from prototype to final implementation, and engage directly with customers for validation while staying ahead of industry trends and sharing knowledge with teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in design or proven equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years of proven experience as a product designer.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and demonstrated experience working with design systems.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience evaluating and validating product usability with customers to enhance products and processes.
• Meet your colleagues several times per week in a modern office in Rotterdam.

The salary range for this position is 69,100 to 100,000. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
