Job summary

Datasnipper is seeking a senior UI/UX leader to steer visual and interaction design across core product areas. You will own the design system, set strong UX standards, and prototype rapidly to align stakeholders. Collaboration with AI and frontend teams will ensure prototypes meet our quality bar.

You will translate user insights into concrete design decisions grounded in data and product strategy, partnering with PMs and engineers to drive outcomes and communicate impact to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and shipping products in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI craft and design-system ownership.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma with component and system thinking.
• Excellent communication and ability to present work to senior stakeholders.

Job description

• Lead visual and UX improvements across key product areas. Ship designs that are elegant, accessible, and production-ready
• Help evolve the DataSnipper design system: components, patterns, tokens, and usage guidelines
• Define and document strong UI/UX standards that help the entire product organization move faster with confidence
• Prototype rapidly (incl. “vibecoding” prototypes) to explore solutions and align stakeholders early
• Collaborate with the AI and Frontend teams to ensure AI-generated prototypes and UI adhere to our patterns and quality bar
• Partner with UX designers on research: plan, join, and synthesize usability tests and interviews
• Translate insights into clear design decisions that are grounded in user needs, data, and product strategy
• Work tightly with PMs and engineers to scope, iterate, and deliver outcomes and not just outputs
• Track and communicate the impact of design improvements to product leadership and stakeholders

A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional UI craft and clear ownership of a design system.

Bonus: familiarity with audit, finance, or regulated enterprise workflows.

Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

A high ownership mindset: you proactively identify problems, drive alignment, and follow through to delivery.

5+ years of experience designing and shipping products in a B2B SaaS environment.

Strong communication skills; able to present work clearly to senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

Advanced proficiency in Figma (or similar), with strong component and system thinking.

Comfort working with modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to accelerate prototyping and exploration.
