Job summary

STX is transforming how our trading business operates. We seek a Product Designer to craft end-to-end workflows and intuitive interfaces for internal trading, operations, and settlement platforms. You will partner with traders, operations, PMs, and engineers to translate complex processes into concrete solutions.

You will lead discovery, research, and testing to validate problems and ensure our designs meet real business needs, across standard and exception scenarios for multiple commodities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Design experience in complex B2B products, internal tooling, or operational platforms.
• Strong UX/UI design skills with attention to quality and detail.
• Proven ability to design complex end-to-end journeys, workflows, and systems.
• Experience driving discovery, research, stakeholder engagement, and user testing independently.
• Ownership-driven mindset with ability to balance big-picture thinking and hands-on execution.
• Nice to have: interest in trading, commodities, fintech, or other complex financial domains.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally within complex B2B products, operational platforms, or internal tooling environments.
• Strong UX and UI design skills with a passion for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to design complex end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and systems.
• Experience independently driving discovery, research, stakeholder engagement, and user testing.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
• Nice to have: Interest in trading, commodities, fintech, or other complex financial domains.
