Job summary

We Are Live is seeking a Sr. Producer to own the full production journey from concept to final delivery. You will lead client relations, manage suppliers and freelancers, and ensure flawless execution of hybrid events with a strong technical understanding of live setups.

You will guide pre-production budgeting, resource planning, and on-site and remote coordination, while mentoring junior teammates and shaping future productions for a vibrant, international client base.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in video, broadcast, or event production.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Experience leading teams, crews and working with international clients.

Responsibilities

We create high-end, fully directed hybrid experiences for global icons like Booking.com, Richemont, Amsterdam Business Forum, and Solana. Now, we’re looking for YOU to join the team and help bring these productions to life.

As Sr. Producer, you own the production journey from the first spark of an idea to the final export. You are the lead point of contact for the client as well as suppliers and freelancers when creating a production to fit the clients needs.

During pre-production, you’re the master of the puzzle; managing budgets, planning resources, and aligning technical setups with creative content to ensure every detail is flawless.

During production days you lead the crew with a cool head and a proactive spirit. You’re the one checking in with the client, keeping everyone on track and resolving challenges before they even arise. With you in charge, everything - from the stage to the broadcast - runs like clockwork.

Once the event concludes, you lead the wrap-up of the project. From managing post-production, collecting feedback and processing invoices to ensuring the client receives the beautiful final content they’re excited to share, you make sure the "Life after Live" is just as impactful as the show itself.

Your goal is to deliver a smooth, stress-free production that leaves clients feeling totally supported and buzzing about the results.

Beyond the projects, you’re a mentor. You’ll guide our junior team members, sharing your expertise and supporting them on their own production days to help our whole team grow.

Are You Our Next Sr. Producer?

• You’ve got a degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in video, broadcast, or event production.
• You’re a project management pro who knows how to lead teams, manage crews, and keep everyone moving in the right direction.
• You’re financially savvy and experienced in managing budgets, creating financial proposals and invoicing.
• You’re a natural communicator who builds lasting relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• You thrive both solo and in a team, always looking for ways to collaborate and support your colleagues.
• You know your way around a broadcast or video production, with a solid technical understanding of live setups.
• You have a creative mindset. You love solving puzzles, tackling challenges, and coming up with fresh, smart solutions.
• You’re the calm in the storm; you stay cool under pressure, hit deadlines, and solve problems before they become issues.
• You take real ownership of your work, leaving nothing to chance because you care about flawless, high-impact results.
• Bonus points if you’re a total tech geek when it comes to live streaming, new platforms, and emerging production trends.
