Qualifications

• Experience with Celonis in Case Centric and Object Centric Process Mining.
• Experience with ARIS, UiPath, or other Process Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong skills in gathering data requirements and data modelling.
• Programming skills in SQL (required); Python, PySpark, and Polars are a plus.
• Experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with clients and actively contribute to key initiatives.
• Maintain high quality standards across all technical aspects of projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of Process Mining capabilities aligned with Bright Cape's strategy and client challenges.
• Create standards and best practices that improve efficiency and team performance.
