Ore Energy in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Process Engineer with experience in powder metallurgy to lead core manufacturing steps in our first commercial production plant. You will own processes, design scalable solutions, and work across R&D and suppliers.

You will develop methodologies, lead by example, mentor junior engineers, and manage equipment selection and FAT/SAT, driving safe, efficient production in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in mechanical/process/manufacturing engineering.
• Experience leading process engineering projects from concept to high-volume production.
• Strong ability to create and implement engineering methodologies.
• Experience defining equipment specifications and managing international suppliers.
• Startup or scale-up experience is a strong plus.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize manufacturing processes within the first commercial production plant.
• Develop engineering methodologies, standards, and practical Ways of Working for factory execution and scaling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Design, develop and deliver technical solutions for safe and efficient manufacturing, including equipment specs and documentation.
• Lead equipment selection and ensure vendor fulfilment including FAT/SAT, installation, and commissioning.
