Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior PMO to make a difference at Kraft Heinz in our Benelux team in Amsterdam.

As the Senior Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for managing multiple cross-functional projects across all areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on sophisticated initiatives within a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Execute complex projects by engaging stakeholders across the business
  • Provide strategic guidance and partnership to leadership on how to address challenges and accelerate project timelines
  • Lead IR & Board Review sessions and prioritize project requests based on strategic importance and "size of prize"
  • Allocate resources to projects and maintain project tracker to reflect project resourcing and weekly progress
  • Coordinate with Business Leaders from Brand Category to understand category priorities and forward-looking project pipeline
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience. Master\'s degree preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
