Job summary

Fellowmind is building HiveAI, a scalable platform for enterprise AI. We are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design and deliver core platform capabilities, reusable services and integrations with Microsoft AI.

You’ll work across teams, shaping architecture, driving modernization and maintaining quality with a strong DevOps mindset. Remote by default with flexible office options in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software, platform or cloud engineering.
• Strong development skills in Python, TypeScript or C# with pragmatic learning ability.
• Experience building cloud-native solutions on a major cloud platform (Azure).
• Proven track record in DevOps, CI/CD and modern engineering practices.
• Experience owning technical decisions and architectural outcomes.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop core HiveAI platform capabilities.
• Build reusable services, APIs, frameworks and accelerators.
• Translate architectural designs into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft AI and cloud technologies.
• Improve platform performance, security, reliability and scalability.
• Implement monitoring, observability and operational tooling.
• Prototype ideas and turn promising ones into production features.
• Help shape engineering standards, code quality and best practices.
