Intero Integrity Services seeks a Senior Integrity Engineer based in Europe to turn inspection data into actionable recommendations for pipelines and equipment. You will perform CG and FFS analyses, review junior engineers, and support tools development for consistent, high-quality deliverables across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical and/or Materials Engineering (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years in structural integrity of pressurised equipment (pipelines).
• Strong knowledge of fracture mechanics, corrosion and fatigue mechanisms.
• Knowledge of API 579/ASME FFS-1, API 530, ASME B31G, DNV-RP-F101, API 1183, ASME VIII Div. 2 and ASME PCC-2.
• Experience with risk assessments and turning results into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Python/VBA/MATLAB for engineering problem-solving.
• Clear technical report writing and ability to explain complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independent work style with collaboration across time zones.

Responsabilités

• Perform Level 1–2 FFS assessments and advanced CG analyses; Level 3 FFS where required.
• Review junior engineers' work against codes and standards.
• Act as technical contact for project managers and clients on integrity questions.
• Align recommendations with local and national regulations and codes.
• Develop and validate in-house engineering tools; write scripts to automate evaluations.
• Maintain internal procedures and quality checklists for deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and flag risks early.
