Job summary

Intero Integrity Services seeks a Senior Integrity Engineer based in Europe to join our global Data Analysis team. You’ll transform inspection data into actionable integrity assessments, remaining life, and recommendations for operators worldwide.

You will collaborate with colleagues in Canada and Mexico, support proposals, and help develop our in-house tools. Hybrid work near a European Intero office is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical and/or Materials Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• At least 5 years in structural integrity of pressurised equipment, pipelines preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fracture mechanics, corrosion and fatigue damage mechanisms.
• Familiarity with API 579 / ASME FFS-1, API 530, ASME B31G, DNV-RP-F101, API 1183, ASME VIII Div. 2, PCC-2; know international regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1–2 FFS assessments and CGA analyses; assist Level 3 assessments where needed.
• Review junior engineers’ work against codes and standards.
• Be the technical contact for project managers and clients on integrity questions.
• Align recommendations with regulations across jurisdictions; contribute to tool development.
• Develop and automate evaluations using MFL/UT data and internal tools.
