Job summary

Qabird is seeking a Senior Pipe Support Designer to develop safe, reliable pipe supports for offshore and floating production projects. You will balance technical accuracy with constructability and project deadlines.

Responsibilities include FEED to construction support, leading design tasks, performing structural calculations, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in pipe support design and/or structural engineering.
• Experience in offshore, oil & gas, energy, or floating production.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, pipe supports, and offshore design standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design pipe support systems per project specs and offshore standards.
• Translate requirements into accurate pipe support designs and perform structural calculations.
• Prepare and update design deliverables through FEED, detailed design, and construction phases.
• Coordinate with Piping, Structural, Stress, Layout, Construction, and other disciplines.
