Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in photonic product development.
• Hands-on experience with optical measurements and laboratory testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of photonic subsystem development throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and validate photonic components and subsystems.
• Collaborate with Systems, Hardware, and Software teams for integration.
