Job summary

Prothya BioSolutions is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to advance engineering projects across production processes, equipment and facility systems. You will lead from concept through handover, partnering with Operations, Quality, Validation, Maintenance, suppliers and contractors to ensure GMP compliance, safety and project success.

You will translate requirements into technical designs, perform feasibility and risk analyses, and deliver engineering work packages within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Several years of engineering experience in a regulated production environment.
• Experience with production equipment, process improvements and project execution.
• Knowledge of GMP, commissioning, qualification and validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production processes and equipment to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate requirements into engineering solutions and document them.
• Develop technical concepts and evaluate alternative solutions.
• Lead smaller projects from scope through implementation.
• Coordinate design, installation, commissioning and testing activities.
• Provide engineering support during start-up, qualification and validation.
