Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong track record in DTC or e-commerce.
• Proven experience managing significant budgets across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing strategy and execution.
• Manage Paid Social operation including audience strategy and spend allocation.
• Set direction for SEA and SEO efforts.

Skills

Hands-on experience in performance marketing

Strong analytical skills

Managing Paid Social campaigns

Deep knowledge of SEA & SEO

Affiliate programme management

Shopify and attribution platforms

Experience with incrementality testing

Fluent in Dutch and English

Affinity with sport and lifestyle

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, business, or related field
