Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced UX-focused software engineer in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The role centers on designing and building scalable front-ends using Pega Constellation and DX APIs, while aligning UX with business objectives.

You will lead UX discovery workshops, create personas and journey maps, and drive design system adoption across projects. Proficiency in Dutch and 10+ years IT experience are required.

Qualifications

• Dutch speaking and writing proficiency.
• 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Pega implementation projects.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and DX APIs.
• Minimum 4 years of ReactJS front-end development experience.
• Lead UX discovery workshops, Design Thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs.
• Establish UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and design governance for Pega applications.
• Drive adoption of design systems and component-based experience frameworks.
