Job summary

Gazelle Global seeks an experienced Pega Front-end Developer to drive UX transformation and front-end modernization. You will combine hands-on React/JS development with UX consulting to modernise large-scale Pega Case Management applications and deliver accessible, scalable interfaces.

Role requires 10–12+ years IT experience, 5+ years Pega implementation, and fluency in Dutch with senior stakeholder engagement. You will mentor teams and shape design governance.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years IT experience.
• 5+ years Pega implementation experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Pega Constellation and DX API.
• 4+ years ReactJS front-end development.
• Strong JS/HTML5/CSS3 and REST API skills.
• Experience with Pega Case Management and headless front-ends.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted UX transformation advisor for front-end modernization.
• Lead UX discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Design UI architectures for enterprise Pega environments.
• Develop reusable UI components with React in Pega contexts.
• Integrate React front ends with Pega Case Management via DX APIs.
• Mentor development and UX teams on modern front-end practices.
