Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead OT/SCADA initiatives in a fossil-free future. You will coordinate engineering and operations teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive continuous improvement across digital engineering projects in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in electrical/automation engineering with project management experience.
• Experience with automation, control systems and data pipelines.
• Ability to manage OT/IT projects in diverse energy tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within OT/SCADA and energy sector contexts.
• Coordinate between engineering teams and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.
• Ensure regulatory, EHS compliance and risk mitigation throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive value realization and continuous improvement in digital engineering teams.
• Maintain clear communication and effective handover to operations.
