Job summary

Amoria Bond seeks an experienced Oracle ESB/OSB Application Manager for a Dutch government ICT environment. You will maintain and improve critical integrations between judicial and government information systems, where roughly 15,000 messages are processed daily, making reliability, security and performance essential.

The role blends application management with incident handling, Oracle patching, automation and architectural advice.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of demonstrable experience with Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
At least 4 years of demonstrable experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
Analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the Oracle Service Bus (OSB) environment and resolve incidents.
Maintain, test and improve message flows and OSB services.
Execute and automate Oracle security patches and software updates.
Work with certificates, Java keystores and web-service security.
Support lifecycle management (LCM), testing and deployment activities.
Advise on integration architecture and contribute to new OSB environments and technical designs.
Collaborate with internal teams, ministries and external integration partners.
Support high availability and fallback environments.
