Job summary

ENTER bv in Delft is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer for the Optics department to guide development of optical systems ranging from large telescopes to PICs on a microchip. The role requires leadership across disciplines, strong analytical skills, and close customer collaboration to enable well‑considered technical decisions.

You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape roadmaps and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years as a Systems Engineer in diverse contexts.
• Masters level in physics/engineering with optics specialization.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience with optical satellite comms or PICs is advantageous but not required.
