Job summary

Eiprodukten Wulro B.V. zoekt een ervaren Senior Operator pasteurisatie voor vloeibare eiproducten. U bent het operationele aanspreekpunt voor uw ploeg en bewaakt continue, veilige en efficiënte productie volgens kwaliteits- en hygiëneregels.

U stuurt een team van 2 operators aan, bewaakt processen via SCADA (Citect) en voert basale kwaliteitsmetingen uit. Ervaring in een voedingsproductieomgeving is vereist; kennis van HACCP/BRC is een voordeel.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education in food technology or process technology.
• Ervaring in een voedings- of productieomgeving.
• Ervaring in leiden, coördineren of aansturen van collega's.
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, proactieve houding en technisch inzicht.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
• Kennis van HACCP, BRC of steekproeven is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en bewaken van pasteurisatieapparatuur voor vloeibare eiproducten.
• Toezicht houden op en aansturen van een team van 2 operators per dienst.
• Processen regelen en afstellen via SCADA (Citect).
• Zorgdragen voor naleving van hygiëne, veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen (HACCP/BRC).
• Identificeren en oplossen van kleine technische issues; ondersteuning productieflow.
• Uitvoeren van basiskwaliteitscontroles (temperatuurmetingen, kalibraties, productcontrole).

Over de functie

As Senior Operator in the pasteurisation department, you are the key operational point of contact for your shift team in a fast-paced food production environment. You are responsible for the pasteurisation of liquid egg products, supporting and guiding colleagues, and ensuring that all processes run safely, efficiently, and according to strict quality and hygiene standards. You also monitor equipment, resolve minor technical issues, and actively contribute to process improvements.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring pasteurisation equipment for liquid egg products in accordance with customer specifications
• Supervising and coordinating a team of 2 operators during the shift
• Controlling and adjusting processes via SCADA (Citect) system
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (HACCP / BRC)
• Identifying and resolving minor technical issues and supporting smooth production flow
• Performing basic quality checks such as temperature measurements, calibrations, and product control

Work schedule (two-shift system):

• Morning shift: 06:00-14:45
• Afternoon shift: 14:45-23:30
